MUDSWAT, a coin that is MS-65 or higher should not have any bag marks, even under magnification MS-64 can have bag marks as long as the bag marks are so small that magnification is required to see them MS-60 - MS-63 will have a few contact marks visible The luster should be complete on all Mint State coins, and there should be no evidence of wear Comment from : Johnny Reb 2000 |

Brilliant Uncirculated and Mint State is the same thing Brilliant Uncirculated is a blanket term referring to coins grading MS60-MS70 Gem Uncirculated refers to coins grading MS65-MS70 Bag marks don't exclude a coin from being Mint State Coins grading MS60-MS63 have lots of bag marks It is wear that will make a coin "circulated" Signs of wear such as rub and friction will exclude a coin from being Mint State Comment from : MrMonkeySwag96 |
