I just watched your video & can't believe that your financial institution was giving you a much lower rate than new customers! That is just UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!You had been with them since 2004! That tells me that they are not concerned about loyal customers such as you I, myself, would not have opened new accounts with them since you were treated in this manner I would have moved my funds to another online financial institution Of course, this is my opinion only Many online banks have great rates! Mine (not mentioned here) automatically gives you the higher rate on your funds as the rate changes!
