I've been collecting as much DS/ 3DS games as I could recently, I just buy Japanese games, mainly because I'm in Japan, which most of them are really cheap, beside fire emblems and metroid games Although the rarer ones are more "expensive", they'll go for around 7500yen, or 70$, and the Pokemon games are not that expensive, even with the box and booklet

I've been on a bit of a DS/3DS buying spree lately Found some games quite cheap Got Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for £15 and Final Fantasy III for £12 Spirit Tracks cost me £25brbr3DS games don't seem to be as bad price wise I got Pilotwings Resorts for £4 and Yo-Kai Watch for £5 for example

I really regret not expanding my library before the announcement of the eShop closure I have since expanded by 3DS library with both DS and 3DS games, but there are several I wish I could buy that are simply out of my price range A few that I REALLY REALLY wanted I spent $40 on (Fantasy Life, cart only, being one), but it was really disappointing to see the prices on some games that looked like I might enjoy them, like Avalon Code Or just about any of the 3DS Layton games (but I bought the DS ones)

I've been trying to get an English copy of Dragon Quest V recently One seller on Amazon US wants $600 yeah, nope I can definitely find cheaper on eBay - but fake or real, who knows? I can get a Japanese copy for around $50 and I may do that I can read Japanese to some extent but it takes me a while, so playing it would be really slow going! I'll keep looking for an English copy but when I looked at prices this week, my heart just sank I'm honestly shocked I don't already own it I spent an absolute fortune on DS games during its run, both US and Japanese games I have DQ VI but looks like I somehow missed IV and V :-(
