I think its up to you but the fact that you can give someone a family I think is beautiful and hope to do the same I also dont see it as it being my child we make an egg every month and it would be nice if someone could utilize it that isnt able to do the same!

Oh I know about my birth mother what she was 16 when she had me And I have a slight learning disabilithey mostly math and spelling But still feel that I'm stupid anyway Know nothing about my family history because I was adopted And been my birth mother was 16 when she had me That's all I know Though yeah no I definitely would not be qualified for much of anything at all especially egg donating And been dumb anyway I don't think I would want to donate my eggs

I watched as a friend had IVF 3 times and 3 times it didn't worka lot of money and a LOT of pain and sadness They were finally told it wasn't recommend they do it again because her remaining eggs were just not viable They chose one last try with his sperm and a donated eggagain, expensive But this time they got a strong embryo that implanted in her just fine Now they have a beautiful, healthy, happy 7 year old boy Who looks just like his daddy but with his "mother's" coloringwhich is the same coloring as his non-biological mother brIt's an extraordinary gift that you've given and you should be very proud, Hannah ❤

I think what your doing is fantastic, what you are doing is giving someone that hope that they never had beforebrI wish this option had been around many years ago, my body produced eggs at an alarming rate on both ovaries at the same time every 2 weeks, yes every two weeks, it always left me worn out as I have endometriosis so each cycle would be hell I also have cystic fibrosis on the one side of my womb which complicated my pregnancies againbr I have had over 20 miscarriages and 2 still born babies, nothing was wrong with my eggs my issue was my body treated each pregnancy as a virus and before I could get to the 2nd trimester my body would reject the baby, I went through the IVF but as I said 2 still born That’s when I finally stopped tryingbrI had thought of asking a friend who had ounce offered to carry a baby for me but I just could not afford it do it in the end I am 59 and I have finally accepted the fact I was never going to be a MombrThank you for sharing🤗

My question is what if I want the people I donate my eggs to be able to find me? Say they need a kidney or whatever and can't find a matching donor? Or say when I have kids down the line, their kids (when they are 18 of course if they know how they were made) wanted to see if they had biological family from me (other brothers and sisters) and just wanted to connect? Personally I wouldn’t donate(I don’t qualify anyways) but I think it’s so awesome that you and other people are compensated for their eggs/sperm to those who need them (Donor makes it feel like you aren’t paid so that’s why I said it that way lol) I know fertility issues are SO common and this helps those who need the support

Good advise, proud you did this My concern (which you didn't touch on) is that there are now states passing laws that allow the child to discover their donor How would you handle that? If one day you have a child, would you tell them that they may have (many) siblings?
