Almost guarantee that House of Secrets ended up with someone who married a new cover onto it and sold it for massive profit I hate when people do stuff like that because alot of people don't know how to spot the signs of restoration and they will be in for a BIG surprise when they go to get it graded and it comes back with a purple label and instantly loses 50 of the value (or more)

When he was flipping quickly through the comics in the box the camera angle was terrible but at 2:18 there was a copy of The Forever People I couldn't see what number it was but if it was number 1 in any kind of decent shape it's worth more than the Swamp Thing comic I sold my copy of The Forever People #1 last year in just fine condition for a bit more than he paid for the entire box If it wasn't the first edition it would still be worth decent money, can't believe he didn't mention it at the end when he was reviewing what had been in the box
