well the guaranteed ray gun with the teddy on the box isn't real and is a joke you have a higher chance of getting wonder weapons or just better guns when it's there and other perma perk i know are perma quick reive you have to revive people like 100 times not rlly but you get the point and perma jug well it is only to round 15 but you have to die 3 times in a row in solo without quick revive there is one that give bonus money for longshot headshots with snipers or just headshots i ont know how to get it

You were wrong on most of them The steel barriers is by repairing a certain number of boards in a row, and is lost by not repairing a single window in a round The ray gun one is actually only possible while your "rank" is less than a skull Once you get to a certain round or get the skull rank, you can no longer get it
