I now use Wise (formerly Transwise) to tranfer money to a bankaccount in Mexico You get a good rate low charges and the money arrives in seconds So you know exactly how many Pesos will arrive (in seconds) The same should work with the bank N26

Be advised that USDc did lose it's dollar peg for a short period of time due to Circle lost a considerable amount of money when SVB went belly up It sank to about 88 for a couple days before rebounding back to 100

How does it compare to wise? They issue a debit card too and send it to a US address (but no cash back and the charge to load the account) It can be used to pay in pesos, but it might not be considered as a Mexican debit card This app sounds great but not applicable to tourists

This is a non-bank taking your dollars and giving you a crypto coin in exchange for them The exchange rate is not set by law, it is not guaranteed by anyone except this company All if the assurances are given only by the people you are handing actual US Dollars to br One very big red flag is the feature that you mentioned liking, the "real time balance" showing you that you are earning money every second But it's showing you hundredths or thousandths of a penny! I don't care how much you like Digital Currency, it's about the most foolish thing anybody can do because ultimately you lose control of that money If USD were completely digital you would lose control of your money because there would be NO cash The problem comes when the government doesn't want you to do something (ie buy gas on a certain) you won't be able to Look at the people who donated to the truckers in Canada, their accounts were blocked Never, never buy into this USDc, don't support it There is absolutely no reason to do it in the US or in this case Having traveled in very complicated places like Russia and lived in China I know what we did Typically problems with the credit cards is because they are Mastercard and they absolutely need the chip Visa worked, but we ultimately opened bank accounts in china to avoid problems

Omg thank you and thank you!! brbrI just wire transferred to a developer in mexico and due to the exchange rate the bank had it set for USD to pesos, they transferred it at 1750 pesos per dollar AND they charged extra $35brbrI calculated and I literally paid over $100 just because of their exchange rate profit plus the international fee of sending less than $3000 brbrSo if I am understanding this correctly, I can use the app to wire transfer to the developer’s account correct?

Dollar app is not for everyone and not the best option as transfers and not easy and have to be done to a bank location in US Plus, there are better options with more perks It wasn’t user friendly for us We opted towards working on getting RFC and opening an account

I would be careful using this USDC recently de-pegged paying 90 cents to the dollar It's currently at 9998 so it's still a little de-pegged even now If the banks continue to go under this could be very dangerous If you use this definitely make sure to convert back to USD or Mexican Peso asap Do not leave a balance under USDC to mitigate any potential future losses under this stable coin

I made a comment here earlier and I was going to give it an update, but I couldn't find it so I will make a new comment Anyhow I love the content you put out and have had a lot of benefits from the information you provide Unfortunately DolarApp has been anything but thatbrThe representatives at DolarApp seem to be trying to rectify the problem I am having, but the bank they are associated with Lineage Bank has been completely uncooperative and as of now I am out $1,015 Just to give the story on this, I put the account information that the DolarApp gave me to make the transfer in my Laptop to my Bank On the App it does not show thew complete account number it is missing the last three digits of the account number and only shows it when you click on copy and paste on your phone So, when I transferred the Money to Lineage Bank on 2 Nov 22 it was sent with an invalid account number They claimed they sent it back but will not supply the documentation of the transfer back They only sent documentation that they received it DolarApp representatives have been reaching out to their Bank Lineage Bank with no avail My bank has sent a request for a return of funds over a week and a half ago and Lineage Bank has never responded I personally going to be stay on top of this since it is a large amount of money and it has almost be a month from the Transfer I have to say I am starting to think I am going to be out the $101500 I transferred
