Great engagement, yes However, the question is a false choice but she likely knows this On one hand, the implication that shutting down is the best choice due to safety doesn't address the need for the other workers to still keep working and make a living On the other, if the death was caused by poor or ineffective safety conditions, shutting down may be necessary for a period, but how will workers be compensated for lost time? In this sense, it's not just whether she makes the choice to shut down that matters, but what comes along with it Shutting down or not shutting down is not necessarily the action that makes her good or bad boss or CEO, is how she addresses the consequential issues arising from either choice
