I live in a place where law students can't even know how to even file a petition or any practical knowledge is given to them Even after 5 years government colleges are still in a very bad situation I am not a law student I am doing bachelor's in commerce and this degree is useless I am in my 2nd year and I don't even regret because I don't have money and I am not extreme good in studies I am going for government job because that's the only option I have

This is what i hate about ALL law schools in India!! brThey don’t teach how a court works, how to speak in court, how to know the psychology of the judge, how to ask questions, how to answer while the judge asks questions, how to do a chief examination, how to do a cross examination, how to produce documents in court, etc etc, NOTHING!!! brA law graduate who has no help will be clueless of all such things! brWhat is happening here is nothing compared to a real court! brColleges should cancel such things and start training students with real experiencesbrI Cringed so many times watching this video!!! brI’m not trying discourage the students here I’m 100 sure that they don’t realise that what they are doing here is no where related to real court situation!

But here the important point is to note that the first girl who used the word" yaah " standing on the witness box is not permissible in an open court This is a very important point to remember that the informal words like yaah , gonna , wanna etc are restricted to use in an formal environment So these type of words must not be used in an open court otherwise the judge may get angry and scold you in the open court very badlybrAnd one point to note that instead of using the word "ok " we must use the word" alright " in the open court

I am not a law student but she is using the word indeed a lot which in my view is not required in a court, it's like you are agreeing with any type of unidentified or half baked information and it definitely doesn't look good on you as a advocate

These colleges only makes the spoken English lawyer Most people in India don't know English So I don't think it is practical, make it in regional languages People want justice not your English Lawyer traps in such English speaking skills during college time and actual learning gets bypass, that's why so many cases are pending in INDIA
