I love how you mention your first silver bar and coins gave you increased confidence Mine did the same for me I personally would be reluctant to keep my silver in vaults around the world I think if the world ever ran into serious serious problems, it could become difficult to get them to honor what they promised Just my opinion

What can you tell us about SLV or similar funds where the silver is held in vaults I believe they do allow an investor to take the physical metal out but it has to be part of a basket of a substantial quantity so one might have to wait on the withdrawal unless one owns more than a complete “basket” any back stories on this? I hear many advisers suggesting taking physical possession but I can say that my grandmother collected silver US coins in the 1930s until the 1960s or whenever US coins switched over to copper and zinc but she lost all her many silver coins to a burglar while she was (fortunately?) away from home So I am reluctant to take physical possession of much metal It’s much easier to click my mouse and sell vs carrying a couple silver bricks to a dealer in order to liquidate when I need the cash
