When i made transaction , tou hbl kii taraf se call aatii hai ,they said for urdu dial 1 for English dial 2 And when i am dialing she said dubara Koshish kren 😢,,,,,,, how can i block call for transaction?

A worst experience storybrThe first complaint mailed from registered email account on 18 June and now it's 27 June Is this HBL's active and quick complaint resolve cell?brI'm fed up now This seems lack of seriousness and professionalism I'm surprised on this kind of customer service Someone has no authority to operate his account and transactions etc and Bank side is just sending me a email every week Is this Quality of customer service of the largest bank in Pakistan?
