I have a great business idea but I'm banned from driving so it won't work unless I find someone and deal with paying them Moreover, capital is very low right now so will have to be that or online I have another 2 years until I can drive again and achieve the dream unless I find another way or go online I'm getting ripped off at my sales job being in the top performing and really had enough of it all and want to do it all myself I love what you're doing and you offer top advice I hope you reach out to more people and follow their dream but also would love to get some advice from you too

Hi Simon, I would love to start my own business, I’m currently a University student studying accounting as I was always pushed down the “poor dad” route of get a good job and reap the benefits I’ve always been an active person playing football from a young age and over the past 6 months I’ve began going to the gym and have a passion for fitness I would like to start a business in the fitness industry but have no idea where to start or how to get finance and marketing Would love to have some mentorship to get started down an entrepreneurial path Thanks for the videos, you are really inspiring

I would love to own a coffee truck/van Where I live it's heavily populated (2x schools) but no coffee shop (closest one is a 20 min walk), I just don't know what the rights are with where I'm allowed to park it, startup costs etc

Sorry but I wouldn't choose any off these ideas, fitness you can walk everyday there's your fitness and you dont have to pay money and have a lovely view Coffee Shop there's ☕️ millions No There's no great ideas there at all Hairdressers you have to be able to cut hair and pay for the rental shop, Sorry not been cheeky but there no idea to get a business started But thank you will look in again at your next video 😿

I would go for the fitness studio brI am myself quite active and good in shape but also not supermodel shape It would be great to set up a fitness studio where the goal is not to become bulky, perfect, and irresistible but with the philosophy of feeling good in one's body, a place of community and of growth It is more like a place where the members would discover their potential, as if the fitness studio is their coach to do great thingsbrbrI started going to the gym, and I really like it just for the idea of being with people with the same purpose Seeing the same faces every day, crossing them in the streets Going to the gym creates a sense of connection and community, which I feel our society lacks Creating a fitness studio built on these values, not on just the perfect body, is what I would set up brbrThe steps I would take are the following: (1) Set up a survey and ask people what they like about the fitness studio, what they don't, what they want to change, and why they like the one they go to (if they go), (2) write down clearly the philosophy of the fitness studio so I know everything I do is aligned with that (based on the insights I got out of the survey), (3) figure out how to reach out to more people, maybe by doing some workout events in the parc to create a small circle, (4) with more insights and connections, look for the perfect location to open a fitness studio and start negotiating, (5) do some research on what the best machines are to have (the indispensables), (6) promote my fitness studio (idea) to those who attend my outside workouts and my network so they subscribe, (7) with the data on who is supporting my idea, I go to the companies selling equipment to ask whether I can borrow their machinesbrbr(8a) if they accept, go sign the contract for the location and get the machines inside, (9a) send a mail to my supporters that they can come doing the workouts inside instead of outside and let them see what it looks like, (10a) create marketing material which can be shared online and by those who are already goingbr(8b) in case they do not accept, I get the locating anyway, look for some cheaper material, (9b) send a mail to my supporters that they can come doing the workouts inside instead of outside, (10b) make videos and promote the workouts in my, still empty, fitness studio which I will use to convince the sellers of the machines that I have potential and that I will be able to buy my own machines soon, that they have to trust me and the process because these machines will help incredible people to connect and feel amazing about their bodies

I would like to create a content agency for ufc fighters,it would start only with just editing shorts for them and as the time goes the agency could also be responsible for posting the shorts, or even manage a whole youtube channel for them(Thumbnails,Long form videos,strategy etc) I think this idea would work really well since a lot of ufc fighters have the skills but they don't get much paid because they are not "big names" Also I am a video editor myself so this makes it a whole lot easier for the startI would love to hear some advice from you!

I will choose Coffee shop from those 5 and 10 steps is 1- Preparation yourself Mentally to do this business ,2- found a name of your coffee shop ,3- found good quality of product and give a little test to your friends (future clients) 4- found a good place where to rent or buy property and where less coffee shops ,but lots of people walking around 5- Advertising, Portfolio,marketing (if possible) 6- Pricing up everything and trying to make offers for new customers 7- funding, try to found investors,accounter,demonstrate you business plan for them Step 8- make a good atmosphere inside of coffee shop, step 9- preparation for opening, found staff or do everything myself 10- Open coffee shop and make people happy and special offers for people with special needs

i like coffee shop idea 10 steps? Just started Property business, sourcing deals and flipping houses :) seeking potential investors who would like to participate into a deal with return on capital etc, Legals & contracts are must here , Other than that got couple more ideas but Property is main focus for now

I've been racking my brain after every video of yours, and I've never really been able to find one that sticks with mebrDropshipping is over saturatedbrIndependent clothing brands are very competitivebrAffiliate marketing again, really over saturatedbr The only thing that I've really liked is a custom engraving service br-I have links to an independent dance studio who have expressed interest in personalised steel water bottlesbr- I know many people who have said they'd like me to design them personalised tags for their dogs / catsbr- I have people in the Airsoft community who would like their names / logo's etched into their weaponsbr- There is a big market for personalised items with catoon characters, gamer tags, anime characters, etc (I make digital art, so making designs is relatively easy) br The only thing I'd really need to start all this is the actual automated engraving machine itself as i could take payment for the orders and use that to purchase the materials to engrave onbr In addition, , i could film the process and final results to facebook, instagram, and tiktok to promote my work and reach a wider audience, which in turn would generate more business and potentially generate revenue from the watch time / subscribers from the channels on topbrMaybe even start a market stall in Camden Lock as it's local to me and has huge foot traffic
