I have a Hinsense U6H, the image quality is great, but there is very noticieable smearing and motion blur in sports such as tennis, boxing, and even action movies, I don't know if this is normal for the Hisense, or if my unit is not working properly, I've tried every motion setting and they don't seem to do much to fix the issue

Wow, a tad surprised about the reliability comments Gamers reviews say that Hisense and TCL have limited reliability and last a few years and thats with hiccups along the lifespan of the TV I have an E and D series since 2017and they both have minor hiccups when switching between channels, but besides that, they have ran strong and flawlessly

I just got a 50 inch 5 series from a 55 inch 4 series I just got a few months ago and I can't believe the difference in picture quality and the build is noticeably nicer too

The SONY has an IPS based screen The trade off is less bright but a wider viewing angle So if you have a wide seating arrangement, this is a plus for the SONY

TCL and Hisense get a lot of love from reviewers, but I don't trust the quality I recently purchased a new TV and I went to Best Buy and Costco The Costco representative, who is not on commission, said they have higher "out of box" failures from Hisense resulting in a greater percentage of returns vs their other brands He said Hisense seems to have a four year life based on his personal experience The Best Buy representative said their Hisense TV on their display came apart Perhaps these manufacturers have gotten better, but I would go with the Sony since it is a pain to haul, unmount and remount a TV

Love this channel, as I have FOMO! The S555 in the 55” size was recently on sale for $369 That is quite possibly the best price to performance ratio on the market It is an excellent performer, and most probably do not realize that Curious that you say the U6H is brighter, when across the board the S555 has been found to be significantly brighter on average (SDR and HDR), with peak nits reaching 800 in some well respected reviewer’s findings
