Modular sounds great, but why would you make the gun go louder with shorter suppressor for self defense? I can’t think of a scenario where I would make it shorter

Just bought one for my Mk23 It was the best alternative to a KAC which aren’t available at this time and is much better than the octane or osprey

There are NO more issues with Savage extractors any than there are with any other suppressed 22RFs Suppressed guns just run dirtier and actions should be cleaned regularly

Every American that watches these videos should do what they can to get the federal law(s) changed Suppressors should not be an NFA item and should be readily available at all gun stores without a special tax or a wait period Reducing decibels and saving the hearing of shooters should be the top priority, not worrying about bad guys using them to commit crimes Mufflers are on every internal combustion engine in the US and suppressors should be just as ubiquitous

I just received my stamp and picked up my Obsidian 45 last weekend It works perfectly I used it on my Scorpion EVO3 pistol with Rugged’s fixed barrel spacer and the 9mm end cap My neighbor thought I was shooting a pellet gun That right there tells you how well it works The suppression with subsonic ammunition is just simply amazing brbrNow, for Rugged’s customer service They are also amazing I had seen that on other reviews, which is part of the reason why I went with the Obsidian 45 My first time using it, a bullet barely struck the 9mm end cap It did not damage the baffles or the tube I believe it was my fault, as the cap that tightens the piston into the suppressor was not completely tightened down I discovered that it stuck a little on the piston, so although I thought it was tightened, it had a little to go That slight play resulted in the bullet striking the end cap After contacting Rugged, they sent me a new end cap, spring, and piston cap (the one that was sticking on the piston) free of charge within two days Bottom line, their customer service is amazing and they stand behind their products 5 stars all of the way around For the product and the quality

When you said the Obsidian 45 meters quieter than most 9mm cans, what cans are you referring to, exactly and what are the DB ratings for the Rugged in each length configuration, what ammo are you using, what host gun, etc, VS what 9mm Host Gun, What 9mm ammo and what 9mm Can? Million dollar idea: Make aftermarket baffles for different calibers like 9mm or 556 so you can use the same suppressor by just switching the baffles I feel like a company is already doing this, but im not sure

I love my octane 45 hd but seeing all of these later designs allow for a k configuration makes me wish that I had waited I hope silencerco gets wise and offers an upgrade program to the octane series to allow for a K configuration If they do I will stay loyal to them for a long time with so many awesome designs out there it's hard to stay with one company keep up the good work, I really like the suppressor reviews your doing

I know it's in the description, but what should be pointed out is, the reason it's so quiet is because it's 6'' longer than most other 45 cans That's almost an extra full size baffle However, being able to go down almost 2'' and still be hearing safe, is great Even with the extra length, it should still be considered a must buy, especially with the warranty

nice suppressor, looks very similar to the octane 45brbrthe bore diameter of a suppressor matters far less than the internal volume, as you proved here the internal volume of most centerfire suppressors is absolute overkill for rimfire, lol
