Ive been trying to stack on and off since 2011 and I have always gone with 90 “junk” silver coins It’s very practical for the US if a shtf situation does happen Most older people that you would be using your coins on, would know our old coins used to be 90 silver and the others would learn fast I focus my stack in dimes, quarters and half dollars with most of my focus going in dimes and quarters as I think they will be the easiest to spend I always just get beat up and or common date ones too, because the farmer down the road isn’t going to give you any extra bacon just because it’s a rare date You can stretch your money further and get more “junk silver” by just getting the beat up ones I still try to go for ones that have recognizable features though to avoid people trying to say they’re fakes or somethingbrbrDon’t bother with 40 halfs either they take up a lot of space and contain about 2 dimes worth of silver so, gotta think about practicality with your storage
