My son is four, but he really wants to shoot a compound already Is there any compound bow he can realistically shoot at that age? I know one of these youth bows has a 47 lb draw weight I’m thinking that would be the only one that might be in the realm of possibility

I am an adult and I saw some very beautiful Bow It is called Fusion bow/ Poe Lang EK I would like to try this as a hobby but I dont know anything about bows It said 22lbs/ speed of arrow 150 ft/ sec So is it any good? I couldnt find anything about that bow on youtube

When we were kids we used to take my frends dads bow without his knowledge it was a hoyt compound bow and all we used to do was set it to 45lb draw weight and shoot phesants and hay bales we were about 11 all we needed to set it back was an allen key clean the arrows we never got caught my frend was at an archery club so he taught me how to use my back muscles aswell as my arms to draw the bow thats why we could shoot it they were fun days

This was a great review, though being 2 years old it's time to make a new one I've had difficulty getting to pick up and handle youth bows before purchasing How about comparing like bows from 2018-19 like the new Mini-burner, bear cruzer lite, whatever Hoyt has (ruckus), and whatever Diamond has A collection of bows with similar weight, dimensions, and specs I went with a Hoyt Ruckus over a PSE Mini Burner because that's what the shop had in the store My son is 10 and does well with it My wife who is short also shoots it really well and seems to prefer it over her much heavier PSE Stinger due to the weight, even though the Stinger would shoot theoretically better with the same settings

Should have included the Diamond Atomic The Atomic is their dedicated youth offering and compares better to the field than the Infinite Edge Both my boys (9 and 7) shoot Atomic's and they are great bows for this age group

The Diamond edge is by far the best bow in the line up for the " growing child " my son went from 26lbs to 40lbs in a year and is now finding 40lbs too light It transitions the one or two years of childhood easily into early teens and on into adulthood flawlessly and although more expensive ? The price gap closes when you don't have to buy a second, or even third bow to keep up with growth For smaller children in the 8 to 10 year old range ? By all means buy one of the other bows mentioned it's a better way to go, however for an average sized 10 year old and up ? You can't beat the diamond edge, it will take you from the range to the tree stand and will be putting meat on the table right along side Dads more expensive bow From experience ? That's my two cents Good luck with whatever bow you choose Getting your children into archery is the main thing

we sell a ton of rukus, the finger savers are easily removable with a bow press, that being said, i agree the mini burner is the best of the group nice review thanks
