Thanks for this video, Marcos It was very informative I’m going to try to say this as succinctly as I can; my mother is a senior citizen who owns her home, free and clear, but she’s let it get into a state of disrepair There is a lot of water damage from a leaking roof issue I’m trying to help her get financed, but it seems that the house needs to be inspected first to qualify for a loan to fix the roof With a home in the condition her is, is she able to get this kind of loan? Actually one of the key differences between 203K and Homestyles is that you CAN do renovations on a manufactured home with a Homestyles loan It just has a lower cap on the reno budget than a typical stick build home (50 vs 75) Comment from : Brandon Fleming |
