My credit score is 657 and the bank said they add a risk to that which takes my score down to 620 and they denied my loan application I was trying to become a first time home buyer But credit karma has me at 657 and 655 So I don’t understand that No one told me that banks do that I have been working hard to improve my credit score and it’s a slap in the face to see the bank lower it 37 points

I very much enjoyed the video I have good credit and pretty much no money I have always found a way to pay my bills During Covid I lost a couple jobs and racked up some credit card debt, most of which came from buying tools for my job but that investment exceeds the profitability in the short term and seems endless at times Not to mention the cause effect relationship between buying tools and making money is lacking I too see passive income being the way over the wall I work hard for honestly lower wages Retirement seems like some joke at this rate But living expenses are covered enough to continue working as I accumulate more debt I am just starting to pay back on the credit card and figuratively stop the bleeding But I know I have to keep working because the job change is such a drawn out process for me in the past that I end up desperately searching for a now job If I were smarter with my money I’d be better off than if I made more money and that’s a fact So I want to add passive income to my arsenal in bettering my life If you watch the news you will feel like now is the worst time to buy a house It may have gotten worse but you can not let outsiders influence you to do nothing It could just not get better also Maybe you have to have this information to actually survive in a later economy But if you don’t put it to use it is by definition useless
