I have great respect for the man of God and may he continue to Rest In Peace brbrHaving said that I humbly and respectfully disagree about Luke 15:11 being about the son who stayed at home with the father When you read the whole chapter, Jesus was talking about “Lost and Found” as shown by the two preceding parables; “The Lost Sheep” and “The Piece of Silver” The third parable was a continuation of the two The conclusion reads, “It was meet that we should make merry, and be glad: for this thy brother was dead, and is alive again; and was lost, and is found” Luke 15:32brbrThe conclusion was a sort of summation of the whole chapter brbrI’d also like to add that what Dr Munroe said is another lesson that we can all learn from the passage but the main focus was on the son who left home One passage can teach several different lessons God bless us all
