hello Ben thanks for the video, I have set up a messenger ads campaign and have been getting loads of messages from clicking on my ads, however the "results" column in Ad manager does not show any data telling me how many message conversations have been started, have you come across this, any ideas? I have waited over 7 days and longer and have also used the conversion metric custom report columns 1, 5 , 7 days etc and just no data Really strange since i am getting at least 20+ messages direct from ads, thanks

Question: in leads where purchase make an actual lead conversion into a product or service buyer, many websites suggest to not use instant forms or use higher engagement forms with questions to get more engaged shoppers and not leads that will waste your time I feel that, like in dating ,the more effort he customer put into the process, the higher the chance he will convert What is your opinion of how you get leads to actually show up to a store or office, and actually convert into patients or in store shoppers, which is the ultimate goal?

I have a question about running a leads ad I am able to get people to fill out the lead form, but I am unable to pull that person up on FB and message them there Is there a way to see their FB profile? The leads that I have gotten, I email them but the open rate is hit and miss I would much rather keep them in meta and message them there

Hi Ben: I've enjoyed a couple of your videos thanks I'm new to Facebook ads When I view other people's ads on my phone, when I click on the video, the video suddenly appears at the top of the screen and it sort of bleeds into the advertiser's website below However, when I create my ads and look at all the different Facebook previews, when I click on my ad previews' videos it just plays the video in place It doesn't move the video to the top nor load my website below it Thoughts?

What do you suggest for local businesses where generally audiences are small so retargeting is hard to gain volume Same happens to lookalike audiences as the sources are so small Thanks!

Lead forms has lower CPL than website form fills because conversion rate is higher on lead forms So even after higher CPM on lead form ads, CPL is lower

Hi Ban, great video I setup a lead campaign one to USA and Canada and the other to Aus , NZ and UK and the CPMs are through the roof £190 for the USa and CA one and £136 for the Aus, Nz and UK one Would really love to hear your take on this and possible how I can reduce them and get better results Oh it might be worth mentioning that I am targeting Advertising, Marketing Social media marketing and so forth Would it be better to not target anybody and leave everything as Facebook suggests?
