Does this work USD to CAD or some risk involved waiting 2-3 days ? TD also does the USD to CAD conversion without fees but I cannot compare the conversion rate between this method and td :(

I have a question like today I bought DLRTO at price of 1259 but the price on DLRUTO is 1009 USD (Which is $1252 CAD) so did I lose money or what since I bought at 1259 I also notice that DLRTO fluctuates a lot but DLRUTO been at 1008-1010 range
