The 1st con you mentioned about every dollar is massive! Ive been trying to deal with that damn program and you literally can only budger the 2nd half of the month The 1st two weeks i have no idea where i stand unless i go through with a calculator because it doesnt even give you balances that make any sense! Thanks for this, very informative I have used Mint in the past The biggest problem I had was that my husband has the main credit card (and I'm a sub-user) that we use for pretty much every purchase I have another credit card (and my husband is a sub-user) that is primarily for Costco and sometimes my husband's business expenses On my Mint, I can't pull his credit card information in and on his Mint, he can't pull my credit card info So it doesn't work that well! Mint is frustrating Every transaction’s full text string is included So when you create a rule, the rule is for that specific text string and not something simple like the merchant name, or keywords This renders the “rules” useless making me have to manually re-categorize transactions every single day So I’m looking for a different app Comment from : Joey D |

I've used so many budgeting apps over the years, and I will always stick with YNAB I was able to grandfather in to the annual cost of $90 Even if they were to take that back, I would still subscribe I do still have access to YNAB 4 (on your computer, there's no more app but a website), but they have improved so many features that I rarely use it unless I want to play around with numbers/project YNAB is also amazing for people who aren't paid reliably If you're paid bi-weekly or you're a contract employee, YNAB makes it extremely easy to keep track of your billsbrbrI've heard of DAS Budget, but don't see many people talk about it It looks very promising Comment from : Jo Co |
