Actually, the silver coins are not exactly the same standards as the equivalent coins for the US The Peso is 1 heavier than the Morgan dollar, even as the Trade dollar was 2 heavier Also, the lesser denominations of silver are true fractions of the Peso, not subsidiary coins Comment from : Griff Ruby |

I grew up in the Philippines and moved here in the US almost 20 years ago I have seen some of those coins but never thought that there was a proof set from the half-centavo to the One Peso coin Got to ask some family members now to try to source out those coins Thanks for the vid, Mr T!
