Just wanna share I live in the newest nicest dorm in my university (only four years old) and within the first semester the ping pong and foosball table were broken, multiple washing machines, a water fountain was ripped off the wall, and 5 RAs quit please don’t be the person who makes people who love theirs jobs want to quit
