WELLS FARGO CUSTOMERS: Please close all accounts I just suffered debit draft fraud and went from having money in my account to major debt Wells Fargo claimed they are investigating and will get back to me in 10 days Leaving me high and dry, cleaned out, with no money to pay for basics Thankfully I have a relationship with my parents and am staying with them until I can get back on my feet Please, please close all accounts with Wells Fargo The fraudster was able to impersonate WellsFargo in every way down to their customer service phone number and texting service I plan to sue Please avoid all banking with WF This has to end

I canceled Wells Fargo in November i use KeyBank bank hassle free account i also use ally bank One fiance and capital one I prefer using online banks with the exception of KeyBank no fees either

I got a check image fee that I did not ask for and this has happened before where I used a check to pay for something I figure it's some algorithm placed in the software It's a $3 fee and with checks being rare many might not notice it if you don't check your monthly statements closely Another factor sitting on the phone to correct a $3 fee many might not bother but not me I did the time to get my dime back The backdoor fees is a form of thievery and if you multiply that small fee by a million customers you have made a nice profit for little effort

Wells fargo showed me a new face this past week when I had a $600 cash deposit through the branch ATM that provided a transaction number and displayed that day in my online account That wasn't all The next morning I woke up and logged in and my account no longer displayed the deposit in the ledger online I called and am now disputing a cash deposit over the next 10 business days to have my money deposited since they claim no deposit was made Shady
