In hindsight, removing coin selling destroyed the game, now top players are unobtainable to those that don't grind the game out 24/7 or don't buy a fuck ton of the already overpriced 'fifa points' (wont get you anything most of the time anyway), there's a reason most of the Fifa community regard the pre-fifa15 games to be superior If EA wasn't so greedy and corporate we wouldn't have had this problem in the first place

EA used to make £650 million a year from all UT games With Fifa definitely the most popular, it's hard to argue that at least half of that money is coming from the FUT game mode In 2017, Fifa 18 was the Fourth biggest selling game worldwide with roughly 101 million sales, at £50 a game thats around £500 million So realistically EA are making at least half of their money back from UT every year, around £300m? IMO the majority of the UT money (650M as of 2016) would come in from fifa so in all reality, we're probably talking about £500M That means at this point FUT is worth just as much money as the whole fucking fifa franchise EA aren't happy with £500m they want there other £500m on top from fifa points, since 2009 they only thing they fucking care about is ultimate team, they don't support any other game modes or add anything new to them I mean for fuck sake there was more game modes in fifa 12 than there is now EA are just pure greed they may as well change the game to Fifa Ultimate Team, The fact that it also means the average fifa player is spending £50 on the game and £50 on fifa points every year, legitimately makes me sick to my stomach, those people who spends their wages on fifa points are sad as fuck, I think i would get more enjoyment out of giving that money to homeless people I don't have a problem with games charging money for extras, lots of games are subscription based just like ps+ and xbox live but seriously the price of packs from buying fifa points is straight scandalous, it's point blank robbery, the return you get in value of players, coins and sold items is ridiculous, lots of games will rip you off but EA are just another level of greed Trouble is they will continue to make bank while people buy fifa points, millions of people will come for football and plenty are stupid The only way to stop them is if we all petitioned against buying fifa points
