How to apply this in school:brbr1 Relax, in games there’s no punishment in taking risks and in school the worst that could happen is you taking a test againbrbr2 Time yourself, in games there’s a goal it’s getting to the end and in school the goal is to get good grades so time yourself how long it takes to get all the problems rightbrbr3 Sit in different positions, in games there’s always a different challenge that makes it fun and in school you can’t really do a lot to change that but you can sit in different positions while doing your work so it feels fresh brbr4 Set goals, in games there’s a goal it’s to get to the end and beat the level and in school the goal is to get good grades, get smarter, and feel good in your grades and a good grade is different for everyone so it’s important to set goals so you feel like you accomplish something

honestly i've troubles because so many things you have to memorize is pointless the chance of a patient dying because I can't draw the structures of glucolysis or urea cycle intermediers is very close to zero imo And I will forget soon anyway So I wish I knew why I have to do this this has nothing to do with the video just venting I actually don't enjoy games either because my brain finds them pointless too lol I like learning new cool skills, listening to people, doing real stuff Medicine is the most amazing thing in the world but memorizing pointless data sucks

You obviously don't know anything about gamification uses or how games attract players Your steps in the videos are boring and very hard to do for mebrI am not going to explain or give speech or anything about gamification I will only write one word to describe my thoughts: RewardbrbrIn my case, I simply think of exams as games I want to beat the sh*t out of that game so my parents (my friends, ) feel surprised I think of every marks and grades as visible rewards that I can show them off anytime, anywhere Especially when it comes to a subject that I am interested in, it gets even easier as the knowledge become a reward itselfbrAnd I got a lot of pressure during exams too (Because I'm lazy and only revise lessons near the exam day) But I still have good grade because I want to beat the game (so I instinctively learn parts that give more points or prepare a full set of information needed to fight the battle) So please, quit the "You can't perform well if you are under pressure" If there is no pressure during exams that means you're a study nerd If there's no pressure in a game that means you are playing games in story mode or smurfing in children gamesbrbrIf you don't think of grades like I do nor have any alternative rewarding factors in your study, you probably can't get good grade in the subjects that you don't carebrbrP/S: I think that's origin of my Asian power My country give so much cares about the grade
