On three occasions myself and wife wanted to buy a place in surrey We where always priced out We both worked for the government I worked for 2 municipalities with good pay she worked for the school district in surrey As of may this year we had to leave very good paying jobs and family in BC to move to Alberta We have seen 2 properties here in Airdrie already however we have to get our employment history up Its really sad that we had to leave everything behind so we could become home owners Both myself and wife are young couples with 2 little kids I am an immigrant who came to Canads and BC was the first place I landed 10 years ago It's really sad that the government let this happen to hard working people The realtor here in airdrie told me that since January he had sold 10 properties to people who came from BC Comment from : Oluwatomi Rhodes |
