His plan is a joke They're spending money in counties with less that 500 people Building roads for turtles, and remodeling train stations that haven't been used in decades They should be spending that money in major cities like NY and Chicago to provide Internet access in grade schools so that American students won't be so ignorant when it comes to technology and communicating with the outside world, repairing pot holes, etc
