I would argue that WrestleMania 25 saw the end of the Ruthless Aggression Era On many aspects was the HD era stood for one year Secondly the content and demographic was slowly beginning to fade that take about mid 2008 to WM 25 The climax of it saw departures of several stars from that period which mostly were the lower card talent Much less the talent hadn't shown more tv time but out of the picture due to injuries, breach of contracts, settling disputes and more But WrestleMania XXIV was not only the debut of HD or the return of outdoor venue But Orlando Citrus Bowl was a rotting carcass without life Thankfully WWE had to go out there and rebuild the arena to make it brand spanking new for the audience in attendance to enjoy and living the moment as for the viewers like myself who ordered the ppv to see the amazing spectacle that is WrestleMania The matches were enticing to watch I recorded it on video cassette Yeah I did The one I wanted to see was the talk of the town was Mayweather vs Big Show David vs Goliath Boy that match was a fail By that point Mayweather wanted to give up his career of 49-0 and Big Show couldn't wait to destroy him like fresh meat But ultimately Mayweather got the win via KO it hurt Lastly all the matches were epic with records like Kane beat Chavo Guerrero for the ECW title in 11 seconds and Undertaker defeated Edge to win the World Heavyweight Championship and excelling his Streak at Sweet 16-0
