Giving money to charity is only making them richer, most charities are fraudulent in nature and most of the money goes into their pockets and the real problem never get solved😢😢😢

i give them money when i have it to give one time i didnt have any cash handy when this homeless guy approached me asking me for a buck i told him i didnt have cash when i went into the gas station i decided to ask him what beer he would like he smiled and said colt 45 i got him three big beers and a pack of newports!!!!! its not helping him but atleast it made him feel little better that day

I gave up giving people money, they're manipulative, forceful, and go for children, first hand, I'm 19 but I look 14ish I have a baby face, and I'm 5'8, these homeless people target me specifically and tell me some rambling about dead relatives to try and get me emotionally invested I usually ignore em and walk away, I only give money to homeless when I feel like they deserve it, gave money to a 22 year old, went to a shop and bought hot food and drink for himself, done giving it to beggaers who come to me

I give food or money to homeless because I feel hurt when I see them I do not judge If they will buy bad things with the money I give them (at least god knows I give them something it’s up to the homeless what they want to do with the money

I've been homeless before Wasn't pleasant at all And I typicallybrspent around 3 dollars a day For food and drink only My diet was super unhealthy cuz cheap food was all I could afford but I never begged or panhandled because I'm not taking others hard earned money without earning it or working for it though I have been tempted occasionally after starving for days (I would wear the same pair of underwear and clothes for months and it felt disgusting but I couldn't afford new ones)

I gave a homeless man a jug of water instead of those $1 bottles and my mama was proud ! He really needed it it was hot af (unusal heat wave)

I started giving money to homeless people and the money has been coming back to me times ten I don’t expect anything, it’s almost like karma or something, or maybe it’s just a coincidence that is happening And to be completely honest, I think I only give money to feel better about myself which is pretty lame Either way, I guess the homeless person and I win in that situation brbrSorry for the rant, I do agree with your point about donating to a foundation instead They will most likely be more wise in deciding how the money will be distributed

I think we should give money to homeless people, but I also support banning alcohol and all forms of smoking But I do agree with you that we should donate to charitable organizations
