I used to have a quarter on a string back in middle school in the early 2000s It had a 1/32 hole drilled in one side, and a really strong and thin green nylon string wouldn't work on these machines, but it did work on the old Pepsi/Coke soda machinesbrOf course coin mechs are different than 20 years ago

stick your middle finger up the despencer part and put a coin in the slot turn it slowly while using your middle finger to feel for the coin or the gum once U feel it jiggle it around if U get it right U can get the coins and gum out of the machine 👌 this is why the new ones have the extra flap 🤣 born in 84 used to do this as a kid
