Time warner chargers 5$ for use of WiFi not the modem but the use of it even if u are already paying for internet example 60 for internet the modem is free but if u want WiFi to come out of that box your paying extra

They bought out possibly the best price here in Florida and turned it into a shit storm bright house now I’m forced to pay a premium just to watch cable in 2 rooms there cheapest plans are exclusive to new subscribers they don’t have a loyalty program for long users of their service I save very little if I downgrade like my pops once told me I don’t shit out money

There is no $5 fee for talking to a rep The fee is for PAYING your bill with a live rep The automated pmnt or online p,nts are not charged Just when you speak to a rep and have them do it for you
