Seems overly simplistic, you won't get £21k after 5 years as you also need to account for maintenance of the property and potential taxes due (if you have more than one property) Also the assumption that its going to be worth £120k in 5 years when the price hasn't changed in the last 4 years seems a little optimistic, you would also need to find long term tenants or reliable ones anyway Comment from : Robert Talintyre |
