Can I add to this because I have 1 of these cards and I understand ur mad but u should have read the policy it says good for online purchases meaning amazon and ebay and target and walmart and pretty much any online site it's not for bills Dont buy it if u think u can pay ur bills with this and for ppl who say it's scam no its not y'all just didn't read fine print sorry for ya but i read the intire policy and it's only for online shopping and like game stores and walmart thats it
