My only question is im trying to get a phone for my moms, and transferring her number to verizon from at&t But the question is towards the end of the process, when you add the phone number, it asks if this will be the account owners phone or not And i dont know if this means me and talking about my verizon account or they talking about my mom is the account owner So thats the only confusion partbrbrPS: My moms phone with verizon will be a line i add to my verizon account

I’m switching because AT&T mistakenly charged our account $561 for a phone trade in WE HANDED THEM When I called to report the charge they “accidentally “ charged me again Took 9 months of calls, false hopes of them “saying” they will refund me, and I still do not have all my money back They claim that they are only authorized to refund a max of $400 at a time What a joke Every call is average 1 hr 45 min No one has time for that garbage They do NOT honor their mistakes

I just canceled them Verizon money grubbing thieves and they still charge you for the entire next month fee on your bill, no prorated action, glad i finally pulled the last thorn outta my side with these Verizon Creeps, went to mint and 60 bucks more in my pocket, thats 2 rounds of golf a month
