Thanks to everyone tuning inbrbrANCIENT DRAGONBORN: I learned they weren't Dragonborn at pretty much the last possible minute (while listing out all the Dragonborn near the end of Act 2) and made the decision to just leave the mistakes in out of laziness, but also the realization that the mistake says more about the characters than anything I could have written If they had been utilized better, I doubt an error like that would have survived in my script long

57:15 In one of my playthroughs I had auto-walk on during this ceremony Because player control is stripped I was unable to stop walking but because you can still look around I was able to move around The entire time they were talking I was either weaving between them or into a wall brMade the entire thing slightly more entertainingbrI also only joined them to become a werewolf to abuse a glitch to wear multiple armor pieces at the same time; instant shouts with 5 talos amulets for a shout only run

Generally, this is an alright video, but there's a point at around 5:42:00 where you seem to fail to understand the idea of theory crafting Where the whole point is to look too deeply into the lore Even past what was obviously unintended by the writers

I feel like you never actually played the game You're describing it like someone who read a really bad review would Everything you've said so far has been just dead wrong You CAN go anywhere you want as soon as you leave Helgen You CAN train your character however you want You CAN be a mage who wears heavy armor, because you can layer enchant that armor to do the exact same thing that mage robes typically do You just won't get the skill tree benefits that light armor gives Not much of a loss when alchemy and enchanting are factored in And it makes sense for the thief to have archery under that sign because of the huge sneak attack damage you can get to It also really doesn't matter what race you pick either You'll nearly always benefit from SOMETHING they do at some point The only exception seems to be argonians Nobody cares about breathing underwater Case and point, I almost always go with Breton, and I will always benefit from their inherent magic resistance, no matter how I choose to play it And switching to spellcasting later on isn't really that difficult Your skills level up faster when enemies are higher level, so it never takes long to get up to the late 20s mid 30s if you really want to This game does, in fact, extend a huge amount of freedom to the player I think you just choose not to see it

I never did like the Companions and the forced transformation, the form was not very exciting, often weaker than your normal character in melee and the fact you're forced into it made the Companions so disappointing to me the first time I ever played Skyrim

Completely insane that people choose stormcloaks to me Their leader is an idiot, most of the people 'in charge' of their cities are absolute morons, and independent lone Skyrim can't do shit do elves, same for the nordless empire It's the Stormcloaks who are being heavily played by Thalmor, while Empire acts docile but the anger after the warcrimes in imperial city is rising hardbrYes, some incompetent imperials tried to kill you, you can be an emotional baby about it or actually look at the bigger picture
