Here's a question that has probably been asked many times Can a coin struck for circulation be graded as mint state? I have two whole rolls of bank wrapped 2019 P nickles I picked up a box from my CU and after opening 3-4 rolls of nothing up 2019 P I set 2 rolls aside that have 2019 enders The CU said they get sent in from the Federal Reserve These coins are relatively unmarked, very little to no baggage nicks and near pristine I know they are pretty much all worth no more than FV, but still I'm curious Comment from : Dyna Akin
