I find that I always have to buy most of my books at the campus bookstore even after looking online and emailing profs It's so expensive but the reason is a lot of the course I take are unpopular courses where not just the book but the professors can change every year so even if I search on Facebook finding it there is rare Also I try looking on Amazon but it takes so long to ship (a month at least) to where I live that once I get the book im already so behind in the class Comment from : PinkKittyMusic |

The best and cheapest way for me is to grab the books that I need from the library and copy all the relevant chapters It can take a while but it's worth it because you save so much money copying is very cheap when you do it at your universitybroh, and I bought one of these spiral binding machines a while ago, also very cheap (it was second-hand), so that I can put the pages together when I copy a whole book It totally works for me Comment from : Wubba lubba dub dub |

i love every video you make but the only thing that disappoints with this video is it doesn't apply to everyone sadlybrbr I'm a student in an EMT program and we have to buy a book that is around $400 (scary prices vs college kid, college 1, student 0) and we have to use that book I'm going to have to guess my class is going to use them since we are a rushed program this spring and we are learning everything we need as fast as possible meaning we have 4 hours classes twice a week and a field training and lab on Saturdays that range from 8am-8pm ( i know crazy hours but in the medical field its just a normal shift) gambling around with that its reasonable to guess that I'm going to be using the book a lot for studying i do have financial aid so the book authorizations (which i don't think you mentioned) are going to help a lot buy taking of half the price but its still a lot of money Comment from : blue bear |
|

How about a video on bad influences? I feel I could do better in college if I knew what things to do and not to do with my friends Nor do I know how to tell if they are a good influence or a bad influence Everyone has their ups and downs, and it all matters on perspective Surely though, there are some things we shouldn't be influenced to do Comment from : Michael G |

If you are an independent learner you can get old editions of college textbooks for just the price of post and packaging on Amazon By old edition I mean only 5 years out of date often, most things you study independently (ie not medicine) can stand to be a little out of date Even at university the information you study in your courses is often out of date by the time you graduate Comment from : Pata Fea |
