Yes I buy bullion gold coins and this is a very bad investment for the £69 plus the postage you pay, it's worth just under the 50 mark No wonder the mint wanted you to review this

Their latest 2022 advertisement says "Any coins remaining after the cut off date will be sold at a higher price If they can't sell them at a "reduced" price I don't hold out much hope

Oh, also if you want silver proof coins you can find them from various places at half the price the royal mint will charge you and if you want bullion coins find a dealer that gives free insured delivery and buy from them as it also works out a lot cheaper than the royal mint In short, the king is a rip off

Very pretty coin It's a good job they're not in circulation They'd get lost easily I got my first gold coin in 2014 It was the Centenary of WW1 reproduction sovereign One of only 7500 struck, mine being number 3128 I will keep it safe and pass it on to my Great Niece I also have a 2013 silver £20 coin with George and the Dragon on it too
