You know what's ironic? Wallis Simpson gets such a bad rap for making Edward VIII abdicate but if he hadn't history would be alot different Edward liked Hitler his letters to him prove that he might have befriended Hitler if he had stayed King and England would have been on the WRONG SIDE CHURCHILL would have been on the wrong side too Queen Elizabeth wouldn't have become QUEEN until Edward passed away so she would not have been the longest reigning great QUEEN we know and love History would be alot different Comment from : Roxanne Miller

I'm so glad you did this tour b/c it's on our list for 2024! We did the tour of Blenheim Palace, birthplace of Churchill, in June 2022, which is fantastic (more personal items too (more info on his lovely relationship with his dear wife Clementine), along with a fun maze to walk through, and their Pizza cafe is so good!) My father was in WW2 just as it was ending, so I there's a bit of a personal connection as well as general interest of WW2 Comment from : Denise Grimes
