My name is imran and i am from Pakistan brOn March 2023 i was refused from Canada for visitor visabrThe reason was giving me from visa officer that ( brYou do not have significant family ties outside CanadabrThe purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your applicationbr-brI also have string file to get visa and i am frequent traveller including UK Schengen and Asia's Country and golf countrybrAnd i have strong bank balance well maintain bank account and good salary and i put some property Documents along with value certificate with my filebrThe only thing was weak i was single at that time i guess that was the main reason i found in rejectionbrNow i am married and i have wife and my wife is also 4 months pregnant can i apply again with Marriage Documents along with my new application? brAnd plz let me know what to write on the refusal reason box?brPlease help me so i re apply again and get visitor visa and enjoy Canada,brThanks for cooperationbrYour best regard brImran Pakistan

I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions in the documents you have submitted in support of your application, as required by subsection 16(1) of the IRPAbrbrbr Specifically, I am not satisfied that the following information is truthful: you did not provide complete details of employment for 10 years before application date with no gaps (from 18 if under 28), despite declaring that all questions answered fully and truthfully brbrbrWithout this info, not satisfied you are not inadmissiblebrbr🔴Have u seen this type of TRV refusal before ??

This is a terrible way to approve or disapprove any application I have been in a two year ldr and was hoping to bring my girlfriend here Now I’m not sure that will happen She was just refused entry and not sure why 🤔

This is really painful to watchbrI had written my SOP in such a way that I would know when the links in my SOP were clicked I did this to know the status of my application which would indicate that IRCC has started reading my applicationbrbrWhen I received the refusal, I knew that they hadn't read my SOP because none of the links were clicked brI told this to a friend of mine that IRCC uses some sort of automated system & I just came to know that I was right

Good question, when should a lawyer go to court regarding a visit request for not giving a result? brA year has passed since I requested a visit, and now there is no result (I applied with the help of a Canadian immigration lawyer)
