The ice in Caipirinha should be in flakes using an icepick, not broken in chunks, isn't an enjoyable drink when you feel the taste of the drink in one side of your lips and the cold melting water of a ice chunk in the other side of your lips when you drink it

Great video!!! For Pisco Sour the best recipe (for me) is this:brbr- 3 oz piscobr- 1 oz syrup (which for the Peruvian version is 2 parts of sugar and 1 part of water)br- 1 oz limón juice (the mix between a lime and a lemon)br- 1 oz egg white (1 egg white)
