I had similar experience, The website crashed as soon as I pressed the Red Button to add to my BagLong Story short It took me 1 and 1/2 hours of BS To get my order completed Finally got the coins in hand 10/4 and in good condition I heard there were many that had coins not secured in the package and had capsules and or coins damaged!
