I've been using 1/2 ounce of candied orange peel syrup instead of agave nectar and do enjoy that small changeup on the Cadillac Margarita

Thanks for the video brFWIW my favorite margarita remains one made with a quality blanco tequila shaken with lime juice and agave syrup or a blend of agave syrup and an orange liquor, the type of orange liquor dependent on what brand of tequila is used (but usually orange curacao) I find reposado tequilas lack the fermented agave flavor of blancos that blends so well with lime juice while Grand Marnier does not tend to blend as well with the base flavor of tequila as the Pierre Ferrand Orange Curacao That's what is so great about a Margarita There are so many great recipes for one to choose from!
