There’s a SERIOUS mismanagement of funds going on somewhere Why is the country going deeper and deeper into debt (US debt clock)? Why is the homeless population growing (seemingly) out of hand? Why is it that (some) people are claiming that taxes are “voluntary”? Why is it that many people are able to file for a “tax return” while others get HUGE tax breaks/incentives? Large numbers of people are still being laid off while military vets (often times) end up homeless and struggling to find work so they end up having to beg for “spare change”Things are going to get really rough (in America) if you guys keep acting like everything’s fine

None of this is true All government spending si borrowed And income taxes are paid to the lenders and the surplus it the amount that is NOT spent to the lender While the deficit is the amount needed to be borrowed beyond what was already borrowed The National debt is 20 Trillion The income tax amount is 2 Trillion Income taxes can not cover what is paid out every year In fact what the government spends is twice that So to say this is what the income tax pays for is disingenuous
