If they had mentours in the juvenile programs maybe thier wouldnt be so many returning kids to juvi and if thease kids actually had to work for vthe state to help oay thier fines in a state courthouse work program they wouldnt have so many returns and itvwou kd make the kids finically responsible through the work program tjis should be a condition thats always in pkace violatours go back in juvi or prision and have only a three stri jes your out program consider by the prosecuteours and lawyers and judges 7:24

The guards and the staff have their hands full dealing with these kids so sad the effort the programs the threapy that goes into trying to make these kids better for the outside world and most of the time it backfires and back to prison they go and even into adult prison
