You know you are dealing with a great company brWhen you call with questions about there subs and the president of the company calls you back and talks to you as long as was needed to help you understand subwoofers and there products I purchased my first sub several years ago at the end of that call It was a PB 13 ULTRA in rosenut with the bash amp The president even sent me the coolest SVS t shirt! A couple years later I had more questions and spoke with Ed from SVS and I bought 2 more SVS PB ULTRA 13 subs in Cherry with sledge amps So now I have 3 svs subs and I am looking to upgrade my subs to 2 more SVS PB 16 ULTRA since I run dual subs These subs rock! I've always believed that if you actually hear the sub woofer, it is set too loud Since low bass is non directional, one shouldn't hear the sub directionally I find that most people do set their subs volume output way to high so that they hear the sub as an individual speaker Am I wrong? Comment from : Steve Douglas |

@svs great informative video I have the anthem mrx 720 receiver Is the svs pb16 ultra made to be calibrated separately from the main speakers or can it be calibrated using the receiver? Also, can the pb16 ultra be plugged into a standard wall outlet without any problem? Lastly, is there a way to make it so that the subwoofer volume adjusts relative to the other speakers volume or does this have to be done manually? Thank you for your time in advance Comment from : Michael McGehee |
