This will not work One, i have tried it But ultimately the main reason is it doesn't matter what the law is if no one recognizes it If it's not recognized its not law and you look crazybrbrAlso the only thing of value is our energy Money is a token or a medium of exchange to make bartering fair So instead of me having to have something you consider of value to do business with you for something i consider of value we just exchange a common currency But that currency or token is simply for the work we do or the energy we expend When you try to apply this to discharge debts etc you are trying to ignore the bartering system The cars, homes, etc you try to buy all required someones energy (thats where the value lies) Why would they just give you that energy without something in return? Thats where money comes in and why this doesn't work Without the money there is no exchange and you are stealing The ucc bullcrap doesn't override our moral compass of fair exchange and bartering

so I just left gmc Buick liberty dealership here in Charlotte NC did all the steps here mentioned in this video made it to as far as getting the underwriter on the phone just for her to ask "how did I get her number?" "& don't ever call this number again" smh arguing with the brokerage manager about consumer laws him telling me its not illegal for a down payment to be required smhnow I feel Burnt out & discouraged about the whole thing smhnow im in my room breathing meditation to recharge after this stressful day what to do now????

You didn’t get a free car lol you must have signed a legally binding contract that requires you to pay the debt, or they take back the asset that they agreed to lend you money for So I’m assuming you will get the car repossessed, since you have no intention of actually paying for it brbrThe finance manager was probably sick and tired of listening to you ramble about laws that you think you understand, but obviously do not I’ve dealt with quite a few people like this in the same line of work Your arrogance and condescension is hilarious

Im actually in the process of trying out what he says in this video Its also about understanding your consumer rights that me you and mostly everyone was not told of or taught So i went to the dealer filled out a credit application got denied on to the next step

Would this also fall under obligation to Contract and Trust law with the creditor/bank and even the sales person being your trustee? because essentially the only reason they would not be collecting is because your SSN, the account number to your CQTrust is provided, and that's exactly how and where they loan you funds from in a home personal loan @southern_regime

So where is the title? Does he have it or not? Sounds like he has the vehicle with an open note, without the title Also, did he discharge the debt? He totally misunderstood why they gave him a hard time, which was because of his debt to income ratio They were literally trying to protect him from taking on too much debt But since he insisted, they said, "fuck it" Let him own more debt and end up repo'd He thinks he got a "free" vehicle, but he dont have the title and the debt wasn't discharged or settled If/when they want, they can send the repo truck to go and get it, because they still have the title (collateral) and the debt is not settled He lacked the knowledge of accounting which is to balance the books All dealerships detail the vehicle with a tank of gas and he thinks he did something special lol The title of this video is misleading for views, he didn't get a free vehicle until he has the vehicle, the title with a settled debt with the laws, and thats not what he accomplished

So i need help if anyone can please and thank you Situation:brI went into the dealership and told them what car i want they asked how much i wqs putting down i told them nothing they said thats not gonna happen i said to them according to 15 usc 1662b im not required to make a down payment he was like i need to stop listening to other ppl i said thats i want and i want it submitted we both signed a sales agreement he went and ran my credit to like t or 6 places came back 5 minutes later and told me i was denied gave no reason so i called 2 first didnt answer second company answere i told them the dealership applied for me and told me i was denied and i wanted to know why to yheir surprise they said they were confused that in their system they had it was approved and they were waiting for a contract i went back and forth between the dealership and finance company in which it turned into the dealership telling me they couldnt submit the contract without me putting 25k down on a 51k loan i asked the finance company if they were requesting a downpayment they said no that the dealership and I just need to write up a contract and send it over i said something to the finance manager in the dealership who said he cant send a contract without the down payment because he doesnt want it to come down on his head brSo now im at a stand still and trying to figure out my next steps

This guy is NOT educating you This will not and does not work He is telling you the story of how he might have slid into a super sub prime lender-500-650 Scores (not a 750 score lol)- prime banks don’t pass “finance charges” onto their customers In fact, they pay dealerships reserve bonuses just for getting them a new customer since they make money off the interest on your loan brbrThis dude either doesn’t own this car, or is about to get it repo’d He would not have the authority or ability to get an underwriters contact information If he even tried to get in touch with an underwriting department, he wouldn’t have his loan application number brbrThat’s only viewable by the eyes of the finance manager at that particular dealership and the underwriting department from the bank, which would not share any information or deal with a customer directly Banks have relationships with dealerships and very specific dealer agreement, which would make it impossible for 99 of this story to ever happen
