The banning of this song is such a travesty The lyrics aren't hateful, but they tell a tale of the times A time when people revolted against Rock n Roll and called Men with hair and earrings derogatory names There are many boys and Men that were called this and worse because of how they dressed and presented themselves It truly shows how far we've come in terms of acceptance of people, but also shows how oversensitive we've become to documenting our own history in exchange for fear of offending people
